ADC Construction Management is built upon a continuing legacy of innovation, character, and integrity. Our roots reach back to 1997 when Lorenzo A. Rios used the knowledge of design and construction that he gained as a professional mechanical and electrical engineer designing state-of-the-art facilities in Silicon Valley, to create the strong foundation of ADC Construction Management (ADC-CM). He assembled a team of talented individuals to start constructing small equipment installation and retrofit projects. Repeat business from those projects, along with the firm’s reputation, has allowed for the company to grow vertically with existing clients and then horizontally with new clients. From those humble beginnings, ADC Construction Management has grown to be a company of skilled builders that have left their mark of craftsmanship and uncompromising quality on hundreds of commercial and industrial facilities throughout the Bay Area and North America. Still a privately owned business, ADC-CM is committed to innovation and sustainability in its projects but never wavers from our founding ideals of honesty, value, and efficiency in all we build.
