ADC Construction Management was hired by the City of San Francisco to provide Turn Key Design and Construction Related to the Removal and Installation of Four New HVAC Units at their Women’s Community Clinic located at 1833 Fillmore Street, San Francisco, CA. ADCCM’s sister company, Advance Design Consultants, Inc. provided the necessary engineering drawings so that permits could be obtained for the work.

The project entailed removal and replacement of four HVAC units. The capacity of new units matched existing units. All work was completed on time and on budget.
